Job Overview:

We are seeking a customer-focused and organized Service Advisor to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, understands vehicle maintenance, and can provide a smooth service experience. As a Service Advisor, you will be the bridge between customers and our service technicians, ensuring all vehicle service needs are handled efficiently and professionally.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns, service needs, and expectations.
  • Provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repair options, ensuring clarity and transparency.
  • Create and manage work orders, detailing required services, parts, and estimated costs.
  • Coordinate with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely repairs.
  • Communicate service status updates to customers and explain any additional recommendations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive service experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, vehicle history, and service transactions.
  • Promote service specials, warranty packages, and preventative maintenance plans to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Automotive Customer Service Representative, or related role is preferred.
  • Strong automotive knowledge and the ability to explain technical details in a customer-friendly manner.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and service management software.
  • Customer-first attitude with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
