Hiring Sales Consultant
Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong sales skills, enjoys working with people, and is motivated to exceed targets. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting vehicles, guide them through the sales process, and build long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers, helping them identify vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Assist customers with financing options, trade-ins, and documentation.
- Follow up with leads from online inquiries, phone calls, and showroom visitors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor pricing, and dealership promotions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed dealership sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Basic understanding of vehicle financing and leasing options is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
